If you prefer to be contacted instead of calling our Helpline, you may send an SMS to 2255 and allow us to call you back.

To send an SMS just follow the simple steps below from your handset:

Step 1:

Go to the write message option of your handset.

Step 2:

Write the information that you want to have.
For example: Write ‘Zoom’ if you want to know about data service or ‘Bill’ if you want to know the bill of your post-paid number or ‘Help’ for any other information.

Step 3:

Send the message to 2255
